1.5 oz Cognac Park Fins Bois Organic
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.75 oz dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a flamed lemon twist.

35 ml Beefeater gin
15 ml Byrrh
15 ml Aperol
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Raspberry syrup
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
1 Egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake for 2-3 minutes. Add ice and shake harder, then strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.

1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
.5 oz Creme de Peche
.5 oz lavender agave
1.5 oz peach purée
.75 oz lemon juice
Dash of egg white
1 kaffir leaf

Shake all ingredients together with cube ice and double strain into a coup glass, garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Desert Rose cocktail

1.5 oz Dried Rose Tea Infused-Siembra Valles Tequila Blanco
1.5 oz Parfait Amour Liqueur
.75 oz prickly pear purée
.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a coup glass. Garnish with dried roses.

belvedere strawberry kiss cocktail


1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
2 strawberries
6 basil leaves
sparkling wine

Muddle strawberries in a shaker, then add remaining ingredients (minus sparkling wine) and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.
