Clear Creek American Pot Still Brandy

Clear Creek American Pot Still Brandy is made in the style of classic French brandies, distilled from local Oregon wines. It is then aged for at least two years in French Limousin oak, resulting in a "lively, fresh, fruity character."

Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985 by legendary distiller Stephen McCarthy, making it one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. Located in Portland, Oregon, it is known for its wide range of fruit brandies, liqueurs, grappa, and even a single malt whiskey.
