Clear Creek Blue Plum Brandy is made in the style of a classic Eastern European slivovitz, and apparently won so many medals at the US Slivovitz Festival that it was formally made the standard by which all other entries are judged. It’s certified kosher, making it a great sipper for Passover, but it’s great any time of year.

Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985 by legendary distiller Stephen McCarthy, making it one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. Located in Portland, Oregon, it is known for its wide range of fruit brandies, liqueurs, grappa, and even a single malt whiskey.
