Clear Creek Reserve Apple Brandy

Apple Brandy

Clear Creek Reserve Apple Brandy is distilled from Oregon-grown Golden Delicious apples, and aged for at least eight years in French Limousin oak. It's an extraordinary spirit, and according to the always difficult-to-please F. Paul Pacult of Spirit Journal, it "must be considered an American classic."

Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985 by legendary distiller Stephen McCarthy, making it one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. Located in Portland, Oregon, it is known for its wide range of fruit brandies, liqueurs, grappa, and even a single malt whiskey.
