The airmail special cocktail is a classic daiquiri variation featuring honey syrup and champagne. Although the drink shares it's name with an old Benny Goodman song, the name itself was originally a reference to the express postal system established in Cuba in 1930 and was popularized by the Bacardi brand in their home nation.
