An Aperol Sour a cocktail that has a lovely balance of bitters from the spirit and a citrus, sweetness from the mixers. Aperol was originally created in 1919, it did not become sought-after until after World War II.
|1 3/4 oz Aperol orange liqueur|
|3/4 oz lemon juice|
|1/4 oz sugar syrup|
|1 dash orange bitters|

- Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a sour glass, and serve.
