Avalanche Ingredients

1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz manzanilla sherry
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz gomme or simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
1 pinch mint

How to make an Avalanche

  • Dry shake to emulsify the egg white, add ice, shake again, and double-strain into a cocktail glass. Tiny mint sprig garnish.
