This is a Noe Valley Tavern Bloody Mary. Here’s one for the morning after: This drink has a reputation as a hangover cure. Does it really work? Try it: Logic has it that the vodka will alleviate your headache, the sodium will help you retain water and fight dehydration, and the juice will add some vitamins and rehydrate you. And really, it couldn’t hurt. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is thought to protect against some cancers and heart disease.
