A slight variation on the classic Pimm’s Cup by Cheryl Charming, manager of the Bourbon O Bar in New Orleans. This recipe uses fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, ginger ale, and soda water instead of the typical 7-Up.
|1.5 oz Pimm's No. 1|
|1 oz fresh lemon juice|
|0.5 oz simple syrup|
|2.5 oz ginger ale|
|2.5 oz soda water|
|Thin cucumber slice|
|Assorted fruit for garnish|
Preparation: How to make a Bourbon O Bar Pimm's Cup
- Add cucumber to a highball glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except fruit) to the glass with ice and stir gently.
- Garnish with the assorted fruit and serve.
