Cuban Cobbler Recipe

Gold Rum, Amontillado Sherry, Williams Pear Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup

Ingredients

1.5 oz Gold Rum
1 oz Amontillado Sherry
0.5 oz Pear Williams liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz honey syrup

Preparation: How to make a Cuban Cobbler

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a large Collins or cola glass.
  3. Top with fresh ice and garnish with an array of fruit slices, berries, mint and straw. In my example I sliced a pear with a mandolin to line the inside of the glasses.
