|1.5 oz Gold Rum|
|1 oz Amontillado Sherry|
|0.5 oz Pear Williams liqueur|
|0.5 oz lemon juice|
|0.25 oz honey syrup|
Preparation: How to make a Cuban Cobbler
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a large Collins or cola glass.
- Top with fresh ice and garnish with an array of fruit slices, berries, mint and straw. In my example I sliced a pear with a mandolin to line the inside of the glasses.
