Dalmatian Recipe

A peppery variation on the Vodka Greyhound, the Dalmatian uses black pepper syrup to give this tangy citrus classic a bit of a kick.


2 oz vodka
6 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz black pepper syrup

Preparation: How to make a Dalmatian

  1. Add black pepper syrup, vodka, and grapefruit juice to a Highball glass or Old-Fashioned glass with ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit twist (optional) and serve.
