When Linsday Nader and I were debating potential names for her bittersweet Italian-American whiskey sour, barman Sean Hoard smiled and said "figetaboutit". So we did.

Ingredients

2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.25 Luxardo Amaretto
1 barspoon St. Dalfour Fig Jam
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation: How to make a Figetaboutit

  1. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe
  2. Garnish with an orange twist wrapped around three brandied cherries on a pick
