Finley Cocktail Ingredients
|2 oz Koval Dry Gin|
|3/4 oz Carpano Antica Formula Italian Vermouth|
|1/2 oz Cucumber infused simple syrup|
|Dash Peychaud's bitters|
|Lemon rind garnish|
How to make a Finley Cocktail
- To make the cucumber-infused simple syrup, combine 2 parts water to 1 part sugar and heat on the stove until dissolved. Add peeled and sliced cucumber pieces and let sit for at least 72 hours.
- Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
