0.75 oz Rye whiskey
0.75 oz Armagnac
0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
0.25 oz Nocino
0.25 oz Basque Picon (the 15 Romolo recipe has Ramazzotti, Dry Curacao and Aveze Gentian; one could substitute Amer Picon, Ramazzotti or Bigallet China China)
Lemon twist for garnish

Preparation: How to make a Frank Sinatra

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
