Gin Gin Mule Recipe

Gin, Lime Juice, Mint, Ginger Beer
Gin Gin Mule
Also known as the London Mule, the Gin Gin Mule is a nice little twist on the Moscow Mule that, well, uses gin instead of vodka. Gin and ginger beer have a long history as favorites in the UK, so it was only natural that they'd eventually end up together in this delicious variation.

2 oz gin (preferably a London Dry like Beefeater or Tanqueray)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
5 fresh mint leaves
5 oz ginger beer

Preparation: How to make a Gin Gin Mule

  1. Combine the juice and mint in a copper mug or Collins glass.
  2. Muddle the mint, then fill the glass with ice and add the gin.
  3. Stir until chilled.
  4. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a piece of lime.
