Glasgow Mule
The Glasgow Mule, invented by Damon Boelte of Brooklyn, NY's Prime Meats, is a seriously delicious and creative Moscow Mule variation that features blended scotch whisky, St. Germain, and Angostura bitters along with the standard ginger beer and citrus.

Ingredients

1.5 oz blended scotch whisky
0.5 oz St. Germain
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
4 oz Fever Tree ginger beer
Lemon wheel and piece of candied ginger for garnish

Preparation: How to make a Glasgow Mule

  1. Add all ingredients to a mug (preferably copper) or Collins glass.
  2. Add crushed ice and stir.
  3. Garnish with lemon wheel and ginger and serve.
