A crisp and refreshing cocktail, the Grapefruit Crush is a delight on warm summer afternoons. This riff on the Orange Crush blends both grapefruit juice and lemon juice for a nice, citrusy tartness that's smoothed out by the simple syrup, with the soda water giving it just the right amount of brightness. Frequently served in a collins glass with a straw, our preferred way of enjoying the Grapefruit Crush is in an old-fashioned glass.
