While the basic Daiquiri might be more classic, the Hemingway Daiquiri is certainly more storied. Apparently, this is the recipe Papa used to order when he was in Cuba, and it was invented specifically at his request. It forgoes the sugar of the original (as Hemingway was diabetic), and sets itself apart with grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur.
2 oz white rum
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
Lime wheel for garnish
