Preparation: How to make a Jameson Julius
- In clear mixing glass combine 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz rich orange simple syrup, 1 oz egg whites and 2 & 1⁄2 oz of Jameson. Dry shake.
- Add ice and 1 oz of dark chocolate almond milk. Shake until frothy. Pour into chilled coupe glass, add 2-3 dashes Regans orange bitters.
