Ingredients

40 ml Green Chartreuse
15 ml Saint-Germain
10 ml simple syrup
25 ml lime
2 dash Absynthe
5 leaves of basil
1 egg white

Preparation: How to make a La Jardin de Mémé

  1. Pour the Saint-Germain, the simple syrup, the lime, the Absynthe in a shaker then shake with the egg white.
  2. Remove the ice and add the Chartreuse and shake a second time.
