Moscow Mules are a perennial summertime favorite, but we figured they could cool you off even more efficiently in popsicle form. This recipe from Shutterbean makes 8 popsicles, and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your next barbecue or 4th of July shindig.

|2 oz vodka|
|18 oz ginger beer|
|2 oz lime juice|
Preparation: How to make a Moscow Mule Popsicles
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or mixing glass.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Add popsicle sticks to partially-frozen popsicles and return to the freezer for 12 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and serve.
