Mudslide Recipe

Vodka, Kahlúa, Bailey's Irish Cream

The Mudslide, also known as a Blind Russian or a Baileys White Russian, is (you guessed it) a variation on the White Russian made with Baileys Irish Cream instead of cream or half-and-half. So grab your favorite vodka, some coffee liqueur (Kahlúa is the classic choice, but there are a lot of craft options on the market these days), a bottle of Baileys, and you're good to go!

The Mudslide is simple, creamy, and decadent enough to stand alone as a dessert. If you really want to mix it up, try making one in a blender for a boozy milkshake.
