Named for a French starlet of the 1920’s, this brandy/vodka cocktail is complex and surprising. The lighter spirits cut through the brandy, thinning it without dismantling it’s flavor. This drink is best enjoyed with the highest quality spirits available, as with most cocktails with such delicate ingredients.

|1 oz Vodka|
|1 oz French Vermouth|
|Dash Angostura bitters|

- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.
