This is a delicious cocktail riff on the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake.
|1.5 oz vanilla vodka|
|3 oz pineapple juice|
|1 splash grenadine|
|1 pineapple slice|
|1 maraschino cherry|
Preparation: How to make a Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Cocktail
- Pour the vanilla vodka, pineapple juice and grenadine into a shaker half-filled with ice, and shake well.
- Strain into glass.
- Push a toothpick through the pineapple slice and cherry, and lay on the top of the glass.
