|1/4 measure 2:1 sugar syrup|

Preparation: How to make a Plum Blazer
- In a warmed ballon glass, add the Grand Marnier and Plymouth Sloe and swirl to mix.
- With a long match, flame the liquid for a few seconds.
- Add the hot water, sugar syrup and cherry bitters then stir.
- Garnish with the orange peel.
