Any warm afternoon can be improved by enjoying the uniquely refreshing experience of a Ramos Gin Fizz. Although its ingredients may seem heavy to newcomers, the cool cream, fresh tart juice, and egg white become light and delicate when shaken with ice and gin. Because this drink is so beautiful and frothy you can really be creative with how you serve it. One of our favorite ways is to strain it into a mason jar filled with fresh ice cubes and then garnish our drink with an orange wheel and straw.
