There’s something fun about muddling raspberries in a glass, and lucky for you, they make an excellent addition to the classic Mojito.
|1.5-2 oz light rum|
|5-6 fresh raspberries|
|Juice of 1 lime (1 oz)|
|.75 oz simple syrup|
|5-6 mint leaves|
|Mint sprig and lime wedge for garnish|
Preparation: How to make a Raspberry Mojito
- In the bottom of your chilled highball glass, muddle 5-6 mint leaves and 5-6 raspberries by pressing lightly with your muddler.
- Add simple syrup, lime juice, and rum, then fill the glass with soda water and stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint (clap the leaves between your hands once to bruise them and bring out the aroma) and a wedge of lime.
