Raspberry Mojito Recipe

Raspberry Mojito

There’s something fun about muddling raspberries in a glass, and lucky for you, they make an excellent addition to the classic Mojito.


1.5-2 oz light rum
5-6 fresh raspberries
Juice of 1 lime (1 oz)
.75 oz simple syrup
5-6 mint leaves
Soda water
Mint sprig and lime wedge for garnish

Preparation: How to make a Raspberry Mojito

  1. In the bottom of your chilled highball glass, muddle 5-6 mint leaves and 5-6 raspberries by pressing lightly with your muddler.
  2. Add simple syrup, lime juice, and rum, then fill the glass with soda water and stir.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint (clap the leaves between your hands once to bruise them and bring out the aroma) and a wedge of lime.
