Rum Sazerac Ingredients

1 cube sugar
1-2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 oz white rum
1-2 dashes Pernod
1 lemon peel

How to make a Rum Sazerac

  1. Soak sugar cube in Peychaud's bitters with a splash of water. Muddle it with a pestle in a mixing glass.
  2. Pour in rum, add ice cubes, and add a few dashes of Pernod. Stir well.
  3. Strain into an old fashioned glass, garnish with a lemon peel, and serve.
