The Shandygaff, a favorite of Charles Dickens, is an interesting English twist on the original Radler or Shandy. Feel free to experiment with the ratios and throw in a dash or two or orange bitters, lemon juice, or other citrus flavors to round out the profile. Be sure to use a good English bitter or pub ale and a strong, spicy ginger beer (not ginger ale, mind you).
|1/2 pint English bitter or pub ale of choice|
