The Siciliano cocktail is a delicious cold-brew coffee drink that bucks the trend of coffee cocktails needing to be served hot. It’s a fairly low-alcohol cocktail, made with just a few ounces of sweet Italian vermouth and Averna amaro, and combined with the kick of some good coffee this is a great way to either ease into your night or finish off a nice dinner.
|2 oz sweet vermouth, preferably Italian|
|1.5 oz Averna amaro|
|1.5 oz strong cold-brew coffee|
|1 oz simple syrup|
|Orange twist for garnish|
Preparation: How to make a Siciliano
- Add all ingredients (except orange twist) to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with an orange twist, and serve.
