Spicy Mule Ingredients
|Jalapeño pepper (1 makes about 6 drinks)|
|1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice|
|4 oz ginger beer|
|0.5 oz orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau)|
|2 oz vodka|
How to make a Spicy Mule
- Thinly slice the jalapeno and muddle a few slices with the lime juice and orange liqueur in a copper mug or Collins glass.
- Add ice and stir in the vodka and ginger beer.
- Garnish with a slice or two of jalapeño and serve.
