Ingredients

2 oz El Jimador anejo tequila
.5 oz agave nectar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Freshly grated cinnamon

Preparation: How to make The Agave Cocktail

  1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in an Old-Fashioned glass.
  2. Add a large chunk of ice and stir until chilled.
  3. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
