In Boston, no student graduates without spending a few nights at the Hong Kong Lounge. There you drink Scorpion Bowls from very long straws and eat yummy greasy things. Everyone shares but no one remembers.

Ingredients

3 cups CRUSHED ICE
2 oz GIN
2 oz DON Q AÑEJO RUM
3 oz DON Q CRISTAL RUM
2 oz VODKA
2 oz GRENADINE
8 oz ORANGE JUICE
10 oz. PINEAPPLE JUICE
3 oz LEMON JUICE
4 PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
8 MARASCHINO CHERRIES

Preparation: How to make The Scorpion Bowl

  • Place the crushed ice in a large pitcher and pour in all the liquid ingredients. Stir well to mix, then pour into a large cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple and cherries skewered with a tiny umbrella. - Don Q Rum
