A drink as classic and simple as the Paloma is bound to have variations, and one of our favorites comes from SIP (Southport & Irving Restaurant and Bar), an amazing Prohibition-style neighborhood bar in North Lakeview, Chicago. Recipe courtesy Ardit Dizdari.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mina Real mezcal
0.25 oz Campari
1 oz Grapefruit shrub
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Pinch of salt
Grapefruit twist

Preparation: How to make The Snitch

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
