- Separate eggs, and beat egg whites stiff with electric beater.
- Add sugar gradually, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and finally add in half of the eggs yolks blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large punch bowl. Add the rum and the brandy, and then slowly pour in the hot water.
- Stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg.
