With not one, but two warming herbal liqueurs, this cocktail is spicy and sweet, but it’s balanced out with a dash of bitters. Bénédictine D.O.M., a golden liqueur first produced by Benedictine monks in the 16th century, adds a sweet, aromatic flavor to cocktails - John Gersten (Drink of Boston)
