Each week, Bevvy's resident mixologist Aubrey Schuster comes up with creative, delicious cocktail recipes that you can whip up at home. Whether they're variations on old standards or completely off-the-wall originals, these drinks all have one thing in common: they're utterly irresistible.
  • Espresso, Benedictine, Maraschino liqueur, Orange coffee bitters
The Black Forest cocktail features chilled espresso to give you an extra kick and help out with those particularly groggy mornings. There are several different recipes for this drink, but this one comes from the original, 1947 edition of the Angostura Professional Mixing Guide.
  • Mezcal, Grand Marnier, St Germaine, Citrus, Raspberries, Mint
The Aventura is an original cocktail from the Bevvy Cocktail Lab. It features the smokiness of mezcal, the freshness of mint, and the sweetness of seasonal berries, and is further enhanced by the lively flavors of St. Germain and luxurious Grand Marnier. Delightfully elegant and devilishly sweet, the Aventura is a drink you'll remember with fondness for year…
  • Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Peychaud's Bitters, Cucumber Simple Syrup
The Finley is an original cocktail from the Bevvy Cocktail Lab. This cocktail contains a cucumber-infused simple syrup that is perfect for spring and a wonderful companion to dry gin. The addition of Carpano Antica vermouth gives this drink a full bodied flavor that evokes surprising caramel tones.
  • Rye Whiskey, Port, Pernod, Orange Juice, Bitters
A wonderful after-dinner cocktail that pairs perfectly with summer barbecue.
  • Vodka, Maraschino Liqueur, Crème de Violette, Dubonnet, Soda Water
The ancient Greeks belived that amethyst had the power to ward off drunkenness. We've come up with a cocktail that uses vodka, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, and Dubonnet to do just the opposite.
  • Vodka, Apricot syrup, Campari, Lemon juice, Sugar, Egg white, Orange bitters
The Grove Keeper is a rich, flavorful cocktail that features a delicious homemade apricot syrup and a heavy, meringue-like foam. The sweetness of the apricot syrup is balanced by a small amount of Campari, which gives the drink an amazingly rich color.
  • Rum, Mint-Infused Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Orange Bitters, Pineapple Chunks
Bevvy's official entry for the 2015 Tales of the Cocktail Frozen Daiquiri Competition! Inspired by the story of Minthe from Greek mythology, and perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day.
