Magellan Gin

London Dry Gin
Yep, Magellan gin is blue. Normally that would be a gimmicky turn-off, but once you learn that the coloring isn't artificial (looking at you, Blue Curaçao...) and instead comes from infused Iris flowers, it seems much less so. Magellan turns out to be a solid gin, with juniper taking a backseat to the other botanicals. It more closely resembles American-style gins than European ones, despite being produced in France.
