Booker’s Small Batch Bourbon is produced by Jim Beam, and is sometimes referred to as a single-barrel bourbon due to the fact that it, well, comes from a single barrel with no blending or filtering. As a result, it’s bottled at a very high proof (the ABV varies from year to year, depending on the batch). It’s usually aged between six and eight years, and is one of the most premium expressions from the Jim Beam distillery.
