Damoiseau Cane Rhum 80 Proof is a white rhum agricole produced in the French West Indies.Damoiseau sources its sugarcane from the hillsides of Guadeloupe, a tropical area ideal for sugarcane cultivation. They use only first-press cane juice in their rhum production—after the juice is collected, it is distilled once and then transferred to an oak vat where it rests for a period of six months. Natural spring water is slowly added to bring the ABV down to 40%. Damoiseau Cane Rhum 80 Proof has silky, refreshing flavors with grassy notes and tropical fruit accents. The spirit has won several awards, including a 2013 Rum Masters Gold Medal.
