Damoiseau Pure Cane Rhum 110 Proof is a white rhum agricole produced at the Bellevue Distillery in the French West Indies. It is the high octane sibling of Damoiseau’s Cane Rhum 80 Proof.Like all of the rhums in Damoiseau’s portfolio, 100 Proof is created from a base of first-press, fresh sugar cane juice. The sweet liquid is fermented, and distilled once before being placed in an oak vat to rest for six months. Over time, natural spring water is slowly added to the liquid, bringing it down to an ABV of 50%. The lavishly viscous Damoiseau Pure Cane Rhum 110 Proof exhibits a grassy profile with tropical notes.
