Elijah Craig 23 is a rare, single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that is aged for 23 years. It is the most mature offering in Elijah Craig’s standard range.Kentucky-grown grains form the base of Elijah Craig’s bourbon. Corn, malted barley, rye, wheat are combined with Kentucky limestone water to create a mash which is distilled in traditional copper pot stills.The whiskey is then transferred to new oak barrels, which have been charred over an open flame for approximately 40 seconds.
