New England, we hope you’re parched. Because Thirst Boston is returning to its namesake city for a fourth time, running from April 28th-30th.
Its schedule of seminars is now online, and some of this year’s more interesting events include a hands-on lesson in Japanese ice carving from Suntory Brand Ambassador Gardner Dunn, a class on how to use spirits in pastry making with local baking queen Kate Holowchick, and a discussion with WhistlePig’s Dave Pickerell on his brand’s ongoing quest to make a completely local estate rye.
Like last year, Cocktail Enthusiast will be on site, so you can expect some after-action reports once all the dust settles and the coffee kicks in. Until then, tickets are on the website if you’d like to attend.
