Collingwood Whisky Releases a 21-Year-Old Rye
Collingwood 21-Year-Old Rye was distilled from a recipe of 100 percent malted rye and pure spring water from Ontario’s Georgian Bay. After distillation, it was left to mature in seasoned oak barrels for 21 years. And as a finishing step, the spirit rests with toasted maplewood to round out its smooth character. The result is a rich whiskey full of caramel, vanilla, spice and fruit. It’s currently available in Canada and in 16 U.S. markets for a suggested retail price of $69.99.
