The highball is an easy-to-make, refreshing cocktail that’s comprised of a spirit and nonalcoholic mixer like soda or ginger ale. In this case, we’ve got the Arrandas Highball, a more interesting than usual variation that’s starting with Olmeca Altos tequila and club soda, and then doctoring that pairing with a couple of aperitifs and fresh ginger juice. It’s light and floral with a ginger bite, so make one (or three) and adjourn to your nearest patio.
