This refreshing tequila cocktail comes from Hollywood’s Cleo at the Redbury, where they’ve updated the classic recipe to incorporate some house-made fig-almond syrup for a Mediterranean touch.
MEDITERRANEAN MARGARITA
2 oz Don Julio Silver
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 oz House-Made Fig-Almond Syrup
Shake and serve up in a martini glass with a dried fig garnish.
